Ham And Cheese Brunch Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. ham, cut in small pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Place half of bread cubes in dish.
Layer half of cheeses and ham and repeat layers with remaining cheese and ham.
Top with remaining bread cubes.
Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour liquid ingredients over mixture in dish and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, melt butter and mix with crushed corn flakes.
Spread on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 12 to 15.
