Creamy Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese *
2 Tbsp. milk *
1/2 c. sour cream *
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
