Chicken And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices white meat of chicken, cut up
3 slices ham, cut up
1/2 small onion, minced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. cream
3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook the onion in butter for 5 minutes, stirring constantly; do not let brown.
Add the mushrooms and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes.
Turn the mixture into oblong baking dish and arrange chicken and ham on top.
Add enough hot cream to cover the meat. Let simmer in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Cover with Parmesan cheese; let remain in oven until cheese is browned.
