Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. flour or can use cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    Crisco shortening or oil
Preparation
    Drain
    salmon.
    In
    a
    mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion. Stir
    in
    flour.
    Add
    baking powder and 2 tablespoons milk to salmon mixture.
    Form into small patties and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes) in hot shortening.
