Cranberry Cornmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 c. cranberries
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups. Combine dry ingredients, cranberries and raisins.
    Combine wet ingredients and
    mix.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
