Gougere(Serve With Very Easy Green Pepper Jelly) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground green peppers
    1 c. ground red peppers
    4 Tbsp. ground hot pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers.
    Grind down and save the juice. (Measure ground peppers with juice.)
    In saucepan, bring sugar, vinegar and peppers to a rolling boil.
    Boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add Certo.
    Cool and refrigerate in covered container.
    (The jelly should be the consistency of chocolate pudding.)
    Yields 3 to 4 cups.
