Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. margarine plus 1 Tbsp. for top
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
    Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a mixer bowl; beat until well mixed.
    Add hot potatoes and beat until smooth.
    Add 5 tablespoons margarine, chives, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
