Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, or Velveeta
    12 green peppers
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain, then add soup.
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Stir in onion, garlic, chili powder and pepper to browned beef.
    Add cheese; stir in rice.
    Cut the peppers and boil in salt water for 3 minutes, or until tender, then stuff meat mixture into bell peppers.
    Place cheese on top of stuffed peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
