Esther'S Stuffed Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 to 1 c. salsa (medium-hot)
    1 small bag masa trigo (flour)
    1 head lettuce
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. refried beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with diced potatoes in skillet.
    Add 1/2 to 1 cup salsa with 1/2 cup hot water to skillet.
    Cover and simmer on low until potatoes are soft, adding salt and pepper to taste.
    Dice lettuce and tomatoes; set aside in bowl.
    Grate cheese and set aside.
    Fix masa trigo as for sopaipillas (follow directions on bag).
