Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, quartered
    oil
    1/2 c. flour (or more if needed)
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped carrots
    chopped onions
    chopped celery
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Pound with meat pounder flour, salt and pepper into steak. Brown (in oil) on both sides.
    Remove from pan and place in casserole.
    Stir in same pan a little more flour.
    Add tomatoes, celery, onion and carrots.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over steak, cover and bake for 2 hours in a moderately hot oven. Remove from oven, put cheese on top and return to oven, uncovered, until cheese melts.
