Steak Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round or flank steak
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Trim fat
    from
    steak
    and pound meat mallet.
    In small bowl, combine
    remaining ingredients.
    Place steak in shallow baking pan.
    Pour sauce over; let stand at least 30 minutes or do ahead and
    refrigerate.
    Broil
    or grill 5 minutes on each side.
    Very tasty.
