Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can onion with beef broth soup
    2 cans minced clams
    1 pt. half and half
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (minimal water).
    Add soups and clams.
    Bring to slow boil.
    Add half and half; bring to slow boil.
    Add cheese. Bring to slow boil.
    Serves 6 to 8.
