Korean Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large short ribs, cut in half (2 lb.)
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 green onions and tops, minced
1 Tbsp. finely minced ginger root
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. sesame seed
Preparation

Make deep cuts in the meat between the ribs so the meat will absorb the marinade.
Rub well with sugar and sesame oil and let sit for 30 minutes.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over ribs and let stand for 1 hour.
Barbecue on low heat, turning and basting frequently with marinade, for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Serves 2.
