Baked Tomatoes And ... - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nice size tomatoes (1 for each 2 being served)
    cornflakes, Shredded Wheat or cracker crumbs
    onion or scallions (white part only)
    vegetables: spinach, broccoli, asparagus, beans (anything that goes well with tomatoes)
    low-fat creamed cottage cheese
    grated Sap Sago or Parmesan cheese
    salt or salt substitute (may omit)
    additional herbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut each tomato in half.
    Cut ends flat; place on oiled baking sheet large enough to hold however many you are making.
