Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar, heated
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    In small bowl combine egg, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard, mixing well; gradually beat in milk and seasonings.
    Makes 4 servings, about 3 tablespoons each.
