Grand Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs yolks, milk, flour, salt and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Beat mixture 300 strokes or 3 minutes with mixture.
    This beating is a must. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
