Cuban Picadillo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 lime
12 plus green stuffed olives
6 capers
some parsley
2 tsp. olive oil
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix meat well.
Saute all other ingredients; mix in meat, then mix tomato sauce in.
If needed, add some water to make more sauce. Cook until meat is done.
Have some fluffy white rice cooked separately.
Serve picadillo over the rice or to one side.
This and a salad make a meal.
