Chocolate Pecan Caramels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 c. butter (no substitutes), softened
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil. Butter foil with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Set aside.
