Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 head lettuce, broken
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, cut in pieces
1 cucumber, freshly sliced
1 small bag Doritos, broken
salt
pepper
garlic salt
salad dressing of choice (French, Thousand Island, etc.)
Preparation

Brown beef, onion salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Drain well; add kidney beans.
Mix in lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, avocado and cucumber.
Add Doritos and dressing.
