Nut Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine
3/4 c. 10x confectioners powdered sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
10x sugar
Preparation

Beat butter or margarine in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed until fluffy.
Add the 3/4 cup of 10x sugar, flour and vanilla.
Mix well.
Blend in nuts.
Shape dough into 3-inch logs. Place, 1-inch apart, on cookie sheet.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until pale golden brown.
Roll in 10x sugar while still hot.
Cool on wire racks.
Roll cooled cookies again in sugar to coat evenly.
