Microwave Spicy Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. water
    4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a deep 3-quart casserole, mixing well.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes; stir well.
    Then microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until the mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
    Add pecan halves and stir until well coated.
    Spread pecans on waxed paper and separate with a fork.
    Cool completely.
