Davis Junction Church Chili("Feeds A Crowd") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    2 qt. water
    5 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
    5 pkg. Chili-O seasoning mix (or to taste)
    5 (30 oz.) cans Brooks chili hot beans (undrained)
    2 tsp. cumin
    dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
    2 c. onions, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer at least one-half hour.
