Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas (mashed)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 cup grapenuts
    2 cups bisquick
    1 (9 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and egg; add grapenuts, pineapple, bananas, bisquick and salt.
    Stir till blended but not smooth.
    Fill muffin tins almost full.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
