Festive Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crushed pineapple
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 c. cooked chicken
1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Combine reserved syrup and cream cheese, mixing well.
Add pineapple and then add combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Chill.
