Eggplant Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplant
    vegetable oil
    grated Parmigiana cheese
    bread crumbs
    tomato sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Dip eggplant in eggs and then cover with bread crumbs.
    Fry your eggplant in vegetable oil and put on side.
    Thinly slice Mozzarella cheese. Now you're ready to assemble your dish.
    Using a large casserole, layer your eggplant, then cover with tomato sauce, Mozzarella and sprinkle your grated Parmesan cheese.
    Continue this layering until you're finished.
    Place your casserole dish, uncovered, in oven set at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Remove; cool for 30 minutes and then ready to serve.
