Corn Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 or 4 carrots, grated
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. vinegar
1/8 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine corn, onion, green pepper and carrots.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Combine vegetables and dressing together.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
