Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease flat casserole.
    Put cubed cheese in bottom.
    Steam broccoli until tender-crisp; drain.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter over top of cheese in dish with broccoli.
    Mix melted stick of butter with crushed Ritz.
    Sprinkle over broccoli to cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
