Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted margarine
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables, celery and onion according to package directions.
Drain.
Add mayonnaise and cheese to veggies and mix. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, until crackers are browned.
