Potato Salad Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new red potatoes
    4 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    3 Tbsp. chopped dill
Preparation
    Boil potatoes carefully so as not to split or crumble them. Cool slightly and cut into quarters.
    Do not peel.
    Pour wine over potatoes and toss gently.
    Mix vinegar, oil, herbs and spices. Pour over potatoes and season.
    Serve with still warm or chill. Makes 6 cups.
