Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. very finely chopped hot pepper
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and chill the dip for 30 minutes or longer.
    Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
