Claude'S Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes mostaccioli pasta
    3 (1 lb) pkg. R.B. Rices's Italian sausage
    2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 (4 oz) cans stems and pieces mushrooms
    1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
    3 large cloves garlic
    1 large onion (3 to 4 inch diameter), chopped in 1/4 inch pcs
    3 c. chopped celery (1/4 inch pieces)
    4 or 5 green peppers, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth, maybe
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    You will need two stock pots; a 12 quart. and an 8 qt., a large skillet and a large strainer.
