Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
    2 cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted
    4 whole potatoes, pared and quartered
    4 carrots, pared and cut in pieces
Preparation
    Place frozen chuck roast in roaster.
    Put the mushroom soup over roast. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or longer, if desired.
    Uncover and place in veggies.
    Re-cover and continue to bake approximately 1 hour or until veggies are tender. Serve in pan.
