Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Remove pulp from zucchini and cut into small chunks.
    Boil for 10 minutes in small amount of salted water.
    Drain well and mash. Brown meat; add mushrooms, onion and green pepper.
    Cook a bit longer.
    Add zucchini, soup and croutons.
    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour in 375\u00b0 oven.
