Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Use as a basting sauce when grilling chicken, pork or beef.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
