Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices, but not all the way through.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish.
Sprinkle with melted butter and chopped parsley, chives or sage.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes, rearranging potatoes after 5 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Microwave for another 4 to 6 minutes on High until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
Sprinkle with salt.
