Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spread potatoes in greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add soup and sour cream; mix well and spread on top of potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
