Squirrel Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squirrel, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 stick butter
    2 c. small potatoes, cubed
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Mix squirrel, potatoes, broth and onion.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Dust with paprika.
    Cook in skillet with the melted butter for about 30 minutes over low heat, stirring often.
