Glorified Hash - cooking recipe

leftover roast beef
salt and pepper to taste
small onion, grated
several Irish potatoes
1 onion
1 apple, quartered
3 stalks celery
1 stick oleo
1 qt. warm water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place cover on roaster\tand
bake
for\t1 hour.
Do not open oven door for anything until the next morning!!!
