Potato Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. raw potatoes, coarsely grated
    1 c. carrots, coarsely grated
    1/2 c. onion, coarsely grated
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, carrots and onion and put into greased pan.
    Blend milk with chicken or celery soup, salt, pepper and melted oleo.
    Pour over potato mixture.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese on top.
    Bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
