Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening, melted
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add eggs, sugar, shortening and flour.
    Mix well and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
