Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned or you may use whole cut-up chicken
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and excess liquid pressed out
    4 (4 x 6-inch) slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken in casserole pan.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
