Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. hot water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together; add remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy.
Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
