Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. spinach
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Add egg.
    Mix in spinach.
    Stir well.
    Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
