Grandma'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shortening or oleo
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in shortening to make crumbs.
    Reserve 2/3 cup crumbs for topping.
    In remainder of crumbs, mix in cream of tartar, soda and milk.
    Add beaten eggs. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
