Whole Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole (3 to 4 lb.) beef tenderloin
    1/2 c. wine (red, Port, sherry, cooking wine, etc.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    little chopped onion
    little chopped parsley
    oregano to taste
    basil to taste
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat sauce first.
    Sauce recipe can be doubled and served with meat as an \"au jus\".
    Leave tenderloin whole and form as a log. Fold under thin end.
    Tie with string about 4 to 5 times to hold shape.
