Raisin Puff Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil raisins and water until water is gone, then cool.
Put sugar in bowl and pour oil on top and mix.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
Mix dry ingredients, then add to oil mixture.
Add raisins.
This must be chilled well.
(Overnight or all day is recommended.)
Roll into balls and dip in granulated sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
These keep well if they last long enough!
