Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops
pepper
salt
flour
oil
1/3 medium onion, diced
water
Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Fry slowly in oil until brown.\tRemove from pan.
Pour off excess oil leaving a little to make gravy.
Fry onion in remaining oil until wilted.
Pour boiling water into onion.
Add chops to onion and water.
Cover and simmer until tender.
