Turkey Sour Cream Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1 c. soft white bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, mix turkey, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, sour cream, milk, pepper and nutmeg.
    Shape into 4 flat patties.
    Coat on both sides with remaining crumbs.
    Set on rack and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    Lightly coat a heavy 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and margarine; set over moderate heat.
    Add patties and brown 5 minutes on each side.
    Transfer to heated platter and serve.
