Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
2 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
pinch of garlic powder (optional)
1 c. grated Swiss or sharp Cheddar cheese
dash of hot pepper
Preparation

Heat soup.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with apples, celery, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, Italian or French bread cubes for dipping or as a sauce over potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.
