My Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grated peel from large lemon
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 large egg yolks and whites, separated (room temperature)
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together the lemon peel, juice, flour and butter.
Beat smooth.
Add milk, sugar and egg yolks until blended.
Beat egg whites until stiff and peaks form.
Fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour into crust.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve chilled. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
